WhatsApp link generator and QR code, with a pre-filled message.

One wa.me link and one QR code per channel (ad, SMS, email, signature, poster), each with its own pre-filled message: your customers write to you in one tap, and you know where each conversation comes from.

No sign-up. Nothing is sent: everything is calculated in your browser.

Where will the link be placed?

30 / 200

Everything is calculated in your browser: the number and the message are not sent anywhere.

The QR code appears here as soon as the number is complete.

Click to WhatsApp, everywhere

Every touchpoint becomes a conversational entry point.

Click to WhatsApp isn’t limited to Meta ads. A link, a button or a QR code is enough: everything your customers see or receive can open a WhatsApp conversation, qualified by the AI and linked to its source.

  • Meta adsFacebook and Instagram: the button opens WhatsApp.
  • Display and Google AdsBanners and ads that lead to the conversation.
  • SMSA WhatsApp link in your campaigns and reminders.
  • RCSAn action button that opens the conversation.
  • MMSA visual, an offer, and the link to talk about it.
  • Email and newsletterA “Reply on WhatsApp” button.
  • Salespeople’s signaturesEvery email sent becomes a way in.
  • QR codeShop window, flyer, point-of-sale display, business card, vehicle.
  • WebsiteA button on the pages that matter.
  • Google Business ProfileA WhatsApp link on your business profile.
  • Social mediaLink in bio, in posts and in stories.
  • A single WhatsApp conversationEverything arrives in the same place, with its source.
  1. A link or a QR codefor each channel
  2. A pre-filled messagethat says where the customer came from
  3. The AI replies and qualifiesat any time
  4. Your team takes overwith the source in the CRM

With Meta ads, the ad reference arrives with the conversation. On other channels, each link or QR code carries its own pre-filled message: the source is known from the very first message.

Connect these links to Walexia.

Every conversation that comes in through your links and QR codes is qualified by the AI, passed to the right person and linked to its source.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about WhatsApp links and QR codes.

Another question? Message us.

How do I create a WhatsApp link?

Add your number in international format after wa.me/, without the "+", the leading 0 or spaces: for example https://wa.me/33612345678. To pre-fill the message, add ?text= followed by the encoded text. The generator does these conversions for you.

How do I create a WhatsApp QR code?

The QR code simply contains the WhatsApp link. Enter the number and the message, then download the QR code as a PNG for a screen, or as an SVG for print (shop window, flyer, business card, vehicle).

Does the link work with WhatsApp Business and the API?

Yes. A wa.me link opens a conversation with any WhatsApp number: the WhatsApp app, the WhatsApp Business app or a number connected to the API, like the ones Walexia runs.

How do I know where each conversation comes from?

Create one link per channel, with a different pre-filled message ("I scanned your QR code", "I’m replying to your text message"). With Walexia, the source is recorded with the conversation and follows the lead all the way to the CRM.

Can the customer change the message?

Yes. The pre-filled message appears in the input field: the customer can add to it or change it before tapping "Send".

Does the QR code expire?

No. It contains the link in plain text and works as long as the number is active on WhatsApp. If you change your number or your message, create a new one.

Are the number and the message stored?

No. The link and the QR code are calculated in your browser: the number and the message are not sent to any server, not even ours.
